Our family home has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms and one bathroom that is downstairs are available to rent out.
One bedroom has a balcony, quite spacious with double built-in closet, priced $300. The other room is quite large, also with a double built-in closet, priced $280. A desk will be provided if required.
The bathroom downstairs is not used by the family so that is of your own to use and maintain. You may share it with a homestay later on.
We are looking for a female aged 19-25 years old who is either a student or working professionally. We hope the person is independent, you can feel free to cook.
