One is a smaller room with built in storeage, aircon and an en-suit $280 + bills
They are in an apartment right in the centre of Parnell. Close to the domain (tucked just behind) on one side and the city center on the other.
Down in a quiet crescent but less than 5min walking distance to all the shops and resturants that Parnell high street has to offer. It's an epic location. Perfect for anybody working in the city or at the hospital.
We are looking two or three people 25+ to move into the apartment. The non ensuit room will share a bathroom with one other girl. There will be 3 of you sharing the apartment altogether (currently 1 girl mid-late 20's). In a clean, tidy house with a large living room and kitchen area with front and back balconies. Did we mention there's two dishwashers!?
We have 1 x parking spot available + on street parking $70 for the year (starts in May) in a safe neighbor hood.
Rent per week $270 / $280 + bills pw
