Rent is $250 for smaller room and $270 for bigger room per week (includes Gas, Water, Power, Unlimited Fibre Internet). $350 for couples.
Currently three rooms have been occupied by an accountant, an IT officer and a Govn't official. Professionals and friendly who have been living there for long time.
