Up for grabs is an upstairs room with massive windows which gets heaps of sunlight and an amazing view of Mount Wellington. The room has a double bed that can be bought. Bathroom opposite to the room shared with one other. Large wardrobe included in the room. Home includes gas stove, washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher.

Furnishings: Room has a double bed (bed can be bought), sofa, and a desk. Rest of house furnished.
Additional costs: all costs included for Utilities (water, electricity, internet, Netflix) in rent. Pay for own food.
Current flatmates: 4 existing flatmates (3 guys and 1 girl). Full time workers, mid to late twenties. Quiet bunch plus one cat.
Couples: No
Ideal flatmate: Working professional, Clean, tidy, respectful, pays rent on time, social.
Parking: off street parking available.
In the area: Panmure train station + Sylvia park short distance away, plus countdown less than five minutes walk.
