Current Flatmates: 4 existing flatmates, all in late 20s/early 30s. We are busy professionals, working in tech/finance. The flat offers a nice and chill vibe.
Couples OK: Yes
Ideal Flatmate: Another professional working person, with a sense of humour and tidy habits.
Parking: Plenty of street parking all times of the day
In the area: Five minute drive to - Westfield Albany Mall, Albany Bus Station, and motorway onramps. Also there are heaps of restaurants and coffee shops nearby!
We have TWO rooms available in our 6 Bedroom house with 3.5 bathrooms
[Room 1] Master Bedroom with its own heat pump, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom - $280/week.
[Room 2] Double Bedroom with large wardrobe, you would share a bathroom with a couple of others - $200/week.
This large house has two lounges, dining area, massive kitchen, washer/dryer, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and heat pumps. There is also large outdoor patio areas in the front and back.
The house is spacious enough that it never feels crowded, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, lounges and kitchen on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the ground floor.
