Unfortunately, two of our flatties are moving out due to job and family commitments, so we're on the hunt for TWO awesome people to join us in this lovely modern house. The house is split over two levels with 4 rooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs and a single / study downstairs. House has gas for cooking and heating and a lovely paved courtyard for those summer BBQs.

Upstairs fairly large with built-in wardrobe, can easily fit a desk/tv cabinet and much more in there. In this room, you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other.

Room 2 ($181pw - Pictured)
Downstairs, a sizeable double bedroom available with built-in wardrobe, bonus here is you have use of your own bathroom (toilet and shower), however it does double as a guest bathroom.

Most amenities provided, big telly, lounge and most things you’ll require in the kitchen, but you’re welcome to bring what you’ve got if there is space. All you will need is to furnish your room.

Current flatties are 2 kiwis late twenties mid-thirties. We're easy-going but tidy, respectful and can adult pretty well. And we're looking for someone that is happy to be social from time to time, have a yarn and a beer or wine, but someone who's also happy to do their own thing.

Move-in costs are 3 weeks bond and one-week rent upfront. Expenses are around $35 a week. Which covers everything, water, gas, fibre broadband, Netflix, lawns and kitchen supplies

House is located in Fairview Heights, very easy access to Motorway and Albany Bus depot

Ideal flatmate:
Working professionals, late twenties mid-thirties, ideally a weekday worker as ourselves, considerate and tidy. No students sorry.
