It is a Large Double Room with space for a desk. It has its own en-suite, large walk in wardrobe and on second floor. Its a private room with nice view. It has black out curtains.

RENT:
Rent is only $300/W + $25 Bills/person: which is water, electricity, top speed fibre internet, Netflix, Lightbox, gas, toilet paper (the good stuff) and all cleaning products with more
- Total $325 for Single and $350 for Couples
- Bond is $660 (Move in cost; bond + 1 week)

CURRENT FLATMATES:
The current flatmates consist of two couples aged 25 to 30, and a pretty little indoor Ragdol cat.

We are all friendly professionals 3x Kiwis (Engineer, Sales Support, Electronics Installer) and a Swedish Photographer. We are active people, hard working, but we like having a drink together on the deck now and then and enjoying the view! Play boardgames or just having a great yarn! We look out for each other, and occasionally do things together.

HOUSE:
- Modern and double glazed (built 2010) - Sunny deck with a 180 degree view of the harbour.
- This house gets plenty of light
- Heat pump
- BBQ
- Spare bedroom for guests and family to stay over
- Large kitchen with two fridges and dishwasher
- Two washing machines
- 55” smart TV with Netflix, Lightbox etc
- Always parking on the road
- Kitchen includes all utilities needed.

IN THE AREA
- We are located on Aldersgate Road near the corner of Hillsborough Road
- Very easy access to the motorway and airport
- Walking distance to bus stop
- Plenty of shops and cafes a few minutes away
- Bush reserve and short walk to the beach, There are plenty of bush walks in the area (and glow worms!!!) and we are not far from Cornwall park.

Our to go to suburb for shopping is Royal oak, they have got everything from a post office, pharmacies and hair dresser to wide variety of food places.

It is close to both Pak n Save and Countdown.

2 min from the motor way, makes it easy to get anywhere:
10min to New Lynn
10min to Royal Oak
10min to Onehunga (& Dressmart!!!)
15min to City
15min to Airport
20min to Henderson
30min to Devonport

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
