This medium-sized bedroom is fully furnished and includes ultrafast unlimited wifi, power, and water. It's light and sunny and has a desk. All linen is available.
This is a tidy, and sunny family home. It's us (a Chinese young couple) and we currently have a boarder (30yrs old female working person) and still have another bedroom available. You will share a bathroom and a toilet with this existing boarder.
We are easy to access to town and local village via bus, walking, and car. eg 5 minutes walk to nearest Meadowlands shopping centre and food court etc and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop.
Please enquire if you are independent, tidy, friendly, easy-going young lady. Working person needed.
We prefer a boarder rather than a flatmate, owners are good at cooking so it will be great if you like Chinese food. $290/week including rent, power(heater excluded), water and wifi, breakfast and dinner.
Move-in cost
Bond is 2 weeks rent $580 plus $290 of one week rent in advance.
Total move-in cost $870
