Available at the end of lock down is this Decent sized room in Otahuhu, $150 pw inclusive of everything except food.
Cheap rent in exchange for occasional Bunny sitting (yes, a Bunny and yes, it will be very occasional). Her name is Bunny-FuFu, and she is glorious.
There is a double wardrobe available, however only for hanging clothes. There is no other storage in the house so there are some boxes in there that there is nowhere else for. It's not jam-packed in there or anything so theres a bit of wiggle room. The room can hold a queen sized bed plus drawers and bedside tables and whatnot.
Two weeks rent in advance and two weeks notice on departure is required. If notice is given, then the last two weeks are rent free, however if no notice is given, the two weeks in advance covers it. So either $450 to be paid on arrival. I am open to working out a short term payment plan if necessary. Finally, a $50 key deposit must be paid, and will be returned when key is returned at the termination ofthe tenancy.
Only 3ks from Sylvia Park. On the third floor, with a lift, in a secure building. Bus stop right Outside. Otahu township is 1 kilometre away. Car park available also. I am clean and respectful, and expect the same in return. Shared cleaning of the communal spaces and shared spaces are to be kept clean. I'm not a nazi about it, but no one like having to operate around other peoples mess. But if you want mess in your room, that's your business. Room MUST be cleaned on departure. Other than that, nothing is really requinred. Room is available immediately after lock down. Female preferred. MUST be working or studying full time. Smokers ok. And I smoke, so if you have an issue with smokers, this place is not for you.
