Hi, we’re looking for a girl to live in our spacious living room from the 18th of Jan 2020. This is a 2-bedroom apartment centrally located in the CBD but super quiet. It’s just 9 mins’ walk to Britomart and a few steps away to Countdown and an Asian supermarket. The apartment comes fully furnished. A bed, bedside table, tallboy and a foldable room divider will be provided to you for privacy.
You will be sharing the apartment with 2 fulltime healthcare professionals. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, clean, pays rent on time, respects other’s privacy and sociable as we enjoy occasional shared dinners, movies, drinks or just some banter during the weekend.
The rent is $170 per week. Electricity, water and internet bills will be split among 3 of us. Moving cost includes one week rent plus 3 weeks’ bond.
