Now the formalities are out of the way a little bit about ourselves. Oscar and myself have just moved into a nice spacious 3 bedroom flat situated in Avondale we both work shift work full time, myself in the CBD Oscar in Henderson. We're both professionals who like our time outside of work to be chill, were social people but also enjoy our own space.
The ideal tenant will be clean and tidy, pay rent on time, chilled and layed back but open to having a drink and chat after a long day at work.
Move in is preferred ASAP
Currently the flat has a fridge/freezer, washing machine to arrive. 1 bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Your welcome to o bring any furniture/appliances you may need.
