This is one double bedroom in a three bedroom house conveniently located within walking distance from Westcity mall, Henderson train station, Kmart and the supermarkets.
Rent is $150 per week including power (no heater), internet and water;
Move-in cost is $600 (2 weeks rent + bond)
The room is for one person only, you will share one bathroom and kitchen with other three flatmates, who are a couple and a guy about 30 years old. We are all of similar age, so hopefully you are too.
We expect you to:
- pay your rent on time and be respectful to other flatmates;
- not smoke indoors and no pets
- keep tidy after using kitchen and bathroom
- no parties, although we do socialise (movie, hotpot etc)
