Very close to the Motorway, Waitakere Hospital, Westgate and West City malls, Pak n save and countdown. Zoned in summer Land school.
Rent: 245/week including water costs. Broadband and
Power paid once a month and split between flatmates.
Moving costs 2 weeks Bond, and 1-week rent in advance.
Ideal tenants- Prefer longterm/Midterm, working or students. Clean, responsible, and who are able to pay rent on time
