Hi everyone, we have a furnished double room available in our house. The location is in Burswood. It is a quiet and safe area near Botany mall and Pukuranga. Super convenient to the shopping places.
It is a 3 bedrooms brick and tile house with a shared bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Currently there are three of us living inside, we are both full time workers, clean and tidy people, one of us works 7days a week and two of us work during weekdays. This means you will have a lot of freedom to enjoy the place on your own.
The bed or the other kitchen supplies are almost brand new. II have a love for plants so the spaces are filled with lots of green leaves, which has a calming and peaceful atmosphere.
Rent is $180 for single person and $250 for a couple which covers internet, power, waterwater.
