Large Double Bedroom, includes large double built in wardrobe, can also include a double bed & mattress if required for $270.00 per week (for a one person only) and for a couple - $315.00).
Available from the 30th January onwards after the current flatmate couple in that room vacates:
Bills (water, electricity, gas & unlimited internet) would be equal split when due.
Between either 4 or 5 of us depending on if a couple or single person takes the room, Copies provided each time;
Bond is two weeks rent in advance, as well as two weeks actual rent in advance. A total move in cost of one month’s rent.

My name is John “Johno”, a working professional with two children who are both grown and living their own lives.
I work much more than full time and have an active social and fitness schedule, so i am rarely ‘ever’ home! But definitely a social, welcoming person though, so i have no problem interacting with whomever moves in.
My other Flatmates that you would be sharing my house with are a young professional couple in their early 30’s Virginie & Larry, outgoing, full of fun and life with whom I love sharing my home!
They have the master bedroom with its own Ensuite so the main house bathroom is only shared with myself, visitors & whomever this room is taken by.
