Large double room with high stud ceilings, beautiful varnished floors and a window that catches the morning sun. Room dimesions are 3.8m x 3.6m.
House has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living space and a huge back yard for those summer bbqs and outdoor living.
Bills are 25/week, including internet, power, water, Netflix household products etc.
We are well established flat with three young professionals (two guys and a girl), a Qualified Builder, an Events Technician and a Theatre and arts creative aged 27-33
We would like to keep the flat balanced, so looking for a female in their late 20's to early 30's, someone who is also a working professional, that can be apart of the flat banter and enjoys a hapy clean living environment.
