One of our flat mates is sadly moving to Mount Wellington, so we have a medium sized double bedroom with its own private bathroom and large wardrobe up for grabs. With its own off street parking. You will be living with 3 others, 1 male and 1 couple in a 4 bedroom house.
$250 includes all expenses (power, gas, water and internet)
Bond: $1310 plus one week rent : $250
Move in flexible from 5th September Onwards
We are a group of professionals aged 24-30 and and are looking for someone clean, tidy and relaxed but also up for the occasional drink.
We also have a spare room which we have converted into an office, Also comes In handy when guests want to stay over.
We have a 2xDouble garage so heaps of room for storage!
Pool table and table tennis.
Sorry no pets allowed.
This property is managed by harcourts, when we’re keen on a new flatmate, you will have to fill a couple of forms in and pass a basic credit check to be approved.
