We're looking for a tidy and responsible housemate in our big house in Lynfield which is in-between Mt Roskill and Blockhouse Bay. The rent for the biggest room of the house is only $140 weekly (water, power, Internet and lawn bills are divided by the number of all tenants and paid monthly).
Bus stop is just in 1 minute walking distance (40 min to the city). There's a car parking space right next to the house (15-20 min drive to the city). The room is unfurnished but there are 2 in-built wardrobes in there.
You'll be sharing a very spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom (bathtube + shower), toilet with me and my partner, and one another girl.
We're looking for a mature person who's happy to follow the house rules by cleaning common areas and buying bathroom/kitchen nessessities in turns according to the house roster, and who pays the rent on time.
