Our home has 3 existing flatmates in their late 20’s, a female retail manager, a business owner consultant male and a business development manager female, oh and of course you can’t forget our 7-year-old Police drop out, sweet and kind German Shepherd.
Our flatmate of 3 years is sadly moving on from us, and as much as this breaks our heart, we now have a spot in our flat family we need to fill.
If you don’t mind the odd flat dinner, a drink or two around the brassier and a flat Christmas every year, then you will love this space!
We are all foodies and we don’t party or drink excessively. We are looking for a more relaxed person to join our flat.
The property is only a 20-minute walk to the train station, bus stops right outside, 5 minutes’ walk to Meadowbank shopping centre, 15 minutes’ drive or 30 minutes by public transport to the city centre, and under 10 min drive to mission bay.
Double room 2.5 x 2.5, no build in wardrobe but we have a wardrobe adjacent the bedroom if needed.
Plenty of on-street parking in quiet street.
Costs.
Room is $225 a week + expenses ($25 weekly expenses include power, water, fast fibre, Netflix and common area cleaning) No pets or smokers please.
