I’m looking for single/couple/girls/boys to rent my room. It is a spacious room with great sunlight and ventilation, situated on the 2nd floor in a 3-storey terraced house, and BIG PLUS *car park included*. The room is en-suite, fully furnished with the huge wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. Located in a great location near Fraser Park, Parnell, the place is only 10-15 mins walk to Auckland Uni, AUT, Queen St, the harbour, etc
You will be sharing the whole house including laundry(ground floor), living room and kitchen (1st floor) with 3 other people who are full time students/researcher. They are all easy-going, tidy, responsible, talkative and always respect your privacy so will be great to live with.
The rent is $400/week, utilities will be divided equally between tenants. Bond for the room is $1520 (as we 2 people paid $760 each). No letting fees.
We are moving out on 15 Dec, so prefer people to move in around that period. The contract ended on 19 Feb but you can extend it if you want to.
