A single room is available in our lovely quiet house. The room is furnished with a king single bed and a desk (can be removed). You will be sharing bathroom and a separate toilet with other two female flatmates. The room is now available.
The house is located in a safe, private neighbourhood-Northpark, few minutes away from Botany Town Centre , and 2 min walk to bus stop. There are two lounges, one dinner room, a great garden and plenty of parking on our own courtyard and driveway.
Rent is $180 pw inclusive of reasonable usage of water , power(no heater) and unlimited internet. Move in cost is 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
We are easy going and would like to look for a clean, tidy, quite and responsible female flatmate. Best for full-time working Professionals or adult students. Less cooking, no pets, non-smoker sorry.
