We are looking for tidy and considerate female tenant to fill in a room in our new modern apartment located in the Sugar Tree complex, Auckland CBD. Room is for a single person only. Contract is due to renew every 3 months. Long term contract can be considered.
Rent is $250pw + expenses of roughly $15-20 a week. Room is available from end of March.
Moving in cost:
1 weeks rent to be paid in advance + 2 weeks bond.
Bond is 100% refundable as long as there is no damage caused to the apartment.
2 exiting flatmates (husband & wife), both working full time. We’re friendly introverts ???? We use our kitchen quite a lot so would expect someone who do minimal cooking. Shared bathroom and living area. Non smoking person only please. We are trying to keep our space as relaxed and quiet as possible for resting after work so no party, noises after 10.30pm and no visitors.
Fully furnished. Blanket, linens and pillows are available but feel free to use your own ones.
