Hi there, we are looking for a single ($250pw) or a couple ($500pw) to join our flat.
Move-in costs are:
- 1-week rent
- $500 refundable deposit
The room is upstairs, has a large closet, view of Hillsborough Park, includes sunblinds and curtains. The room will be sharing a large bathroom with (shower and bathtub). The house itself is 5 bedroom with 4 of us currently staying here.
The rent includes all bills (fibre internet, electricity and gas) and some shared expenses like dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies, laundry powder etc.
There is a bed available if required.
Move-in timeframe asap.
Sorry no pets or smokers as this is a new build.
