My house is very modern and near new. Room is fully furnished. It has a new Queen size bed, new mattress, desk chair, book case and a 42 inch smart tv in the room. House is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating in the bathroom.
$40 extra to be paid for expenses that include water, power, phone, unlimited internet and weekly cleaning of common areas. Room is very big and can also suit a couple. The weekly rent for a couple, including all expenses will be $400 per week. Short term tenants (minimum 2 months) also accepted.
2 weeks bond (negotiable) and one week rent in advance payable when moving in. Total moving in cost shall be $ 1000.
