We have an awesome bedroom available in newly renovated 3 bedroom house on grey street Onehunga. The house is very close to dressmart, cafe,bar/Restaurant, supermarket and 3min walk to bus stand. Also it’s just 4min drive to Royal Oak market. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy bbq.
We have two rooms available to choose from, one has just mattress and second one has queen size bed & mattress.
Currently we are couple living here and looking for one more flatmate to join us. We are in 20s and working professionals, clean, tidy & fun loving and looking for person of same kind.
Furnishings:
All whiteware , tv with Netflix, brand new sofa , oven,griller, microwave. All you need to bring is bedroom furniture however we can provide bed if needed.
Rent - $200 includes water, unlimited internet& Netflix. But Power will be extra . Moving cost would be 3 weeks bond(refundable) and one week rent in advance.
Move in date can be as soon as possible after lockdown is over
