Room: Your room is on the first floor, with the bathroom next door. Room size approximately 3.2m x 3.2m. Nice and comfy with a build in wardrobe。And an additional stoage space for your lines on the hallway.

Utilities: all inclusive, water, gas, power, fibre, reasonable use. Additonal cost on heaster and air-conditioner if out of control.
