The house is based in Westmere, 35 Garnet Road. it’s a pretty safe and great location. Few minutes to countdown, walking distance to Western Springs and Ponsonby.
We are a friendly and great vibe flat around the ’30s. The flat consists of 2 guys and another girl. We are respectful, busy with our own projects and very happy for any social activities.
It’s a 4 bedroom flat with 3 bathrooms. Fully furnished house. There is a carpark available in front of the house or plenty on the street.
We are looking for someone either single or a couple. The bedroom comes with a bed if needed.
The rent is $340 for single or $370 for a couple. Plus bills (fibber internet, water, and energy) +- $21 per week pp
