The unfurnished sleepout is located in a private garden, right beside the main house. Share all house facilities with 3 others. Close to Botany Downs, Sylvia Park, Pakuranga Plaza and the SE Motorway.
The sleepout is a good size and can easily fit a queen size bed and other furniture. It has a small build in cupboard and unlimited Wi-Fi is included.
It is a nice, cosy 3-bedroom house,with 2 bathrooms, and with the sleepout beside it. It is in a quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking. We have all the mod cons including heat pump and HRV! House is big enough to give everybody plenty of space. The current flatmates are two quiet males who are easy going, house proud and independent. The female owner is currently living in Wellington but occasionally comes to stay.
Large, sunny tropical garden with decking in the front and back of the house and a BBQ area. Completely private and lots of fantails and tuis.
Suit 30+, professional, independent,with a sense of humour, non-smoker. $220 per week includes all expenses. 2 weeks bond and a week’s rent in advance.
