A fully furnished house excluding the room, however we can help with the bed. The house has 3 bedrooms with one bathroom upstairs and another bathroom downstairs.
Everything is in 1-3 min walk, bus links (10-15 mins to CBD), all sorts of shops & cafes, and library are just across the road.
The room is $250 including expenses (water, electricity, unlimited internet), with plenty of off street parking.
At the moment there are 3 people sharing the house, additionally looking for one more person to join. We are all working professionals ranging from early to late twenties. An average size room with a built-in double wardrobe, will easily fit a double bed, desk and additional drawer. The house is clean, dry and warm (no cold nights), with no insects or moss. A big deck will be available to enjoy summer BBQs. We are friends friendly and respect privacy. We take really good care at keeping the house clean and tidy, and would like to have a person with a similar attitude.
