Rent --- $180 per Week (SINGLE ROOM ) .
All including WATER, ELECTRICITY , INTERNET & GAS .
No Washing Machine Included.
Available : 2nd December .
We need someone who can pay Rent on time and likes to live in a
Family Atmosphere .
Viewing : Evening or Weekend .
Parking : Off street .
Rent is 2 week’s Bond and 1 week Advance.
