I am looking for a flatmate (preferably female) to move into the master bedroom with onsuite in my family home.
It is myself and my two children, ages 3 and 6.
Must be quiet in the evenings and be friendly to children.
Smoking outside is okay.
Rent includes bills and some nessesities (washing powder, toilet paper, dish liquid, dish washer tablets etc)
Fire place
Heat pump/air con
Dish washer
Lawns get mowed every fortnight
Huge double garage for storage
Everything you need house wise is here, just need your bedroom stuff.
Looking for someone to move in within the next 3-5 weeks.
