One room available in a 3 bedroom house In Mount Albert near to all amenities with bus stop 2 min walk away that take you directly into town.
Lots of street parking available too in case you've a car.
Close to cheap restaurants, motorways, Unitec.
Couple of parks near the house which keeps you fit, in case you are a fitness freak.
Near to Jetts, Stlukes Mall, Lynn Mall, Pak n Save, Countdown, New World, Warehouse. (5 - 10 mins drive).
$180 pw - single person
Rent includes water,gas,internet & power (within genuine use)
Move in cost is bond of $400 which is refundable and one week rent in advance.
There are three existing flatmates are in their 20s and all are working full time.Looking for a friendly and social flatmate who is clean and pay rent on time
