We are looking for new flatmates to join us in our sunny house! Double room with big built-in wardrobe, perfect for a couple or single person. You'll be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.
The house is fully equipped, 2 living rooms, big kitchen, a beautiful courtyard, and lots of storage. Off street parking.
We are looking for a chill, tidy and outgoing person/couple to live alongside with 4 awesome guys: 1 couple, 1 girl, 1 guy all in their late 20s. We enjoy cooking, chatting, playing games and having a beer together, of course!
Rent is $325 per week plus bills (around $100 per person, monthly)
Bond: 2 weeks + 1 week in advance.
