A well furnished-double bedrooms available! We are looking for a tidy flamate to join our beautiful house in Milford (10mins walk from Smales Farm bus station, Northshore hospital, and Pak n save).
House is spacious, beautiful, quiet and newly-renovated.
Bathroom are with stable hot water and heater. (4 people share one big bathroom and one small bathroom)
Kitchen is large and utensils, kitchenware are good for use.
Off-street parking up to 3 cars, but there are also lots of on street parking.
Current flatmates are mid 20s young professionals.

Smaller room $200 p/w including expenses (i.e. power, water, wifi, fortnightly cleaner and lawn mowing)
Furnished with double bed, desks, and wardrobe.

Bond is two weeks rent and to be paid upfront.
No pets or smokers.
No couple thanks.
