Beautiful sunny bungalow on Dryden Street in Grey Lynn. We are looking for two new flatmates to join our flat. Fully furnished in the heart of Grey Lynn, just a hop and a skip to Grey Lynn shops and Grey Lynn park.
House has a coffee machine, soda stream and all the spices you can imagine. Plus there are plants galore. Enjoy lots of natural light, and our gorgeous roof that is all glass so perfect to enjoy your morning espresso.
Two rooms are for rent and are both decent size the difference being one has carpet and the other has beautiful wooden floors. We have central heating so the house is never cold and very well insulated. We have two loo's one separate and a large bathroom.
Chromecast and google home so you can listen to music and watch movies on TV. Rent includes power and water. Expenses are just for Gas, Internet and our lovely cleaners.
As a flat we all get on like a house on fire, love having a wine on a Friday and brunch on the weekends. We are looking for two people to move into the rooms who are in their late 20s/early 30s who are on the same vibe.
