3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Double Room in Beautiful Ponsonby Villa for rent. prefer long term, with two Irish flatmates.

Room is the smallest in the house, but can easily fit queen bed and a desk and stuff as evidenced by photos. Really nice room and really nice house.

Rest of house has a few funny quirks but is in general really nice. Comes with washer, dryer, full kitchen including full size gas stove and dishwasher. Lovely jungle-y garden and hangout area outside.

is on Sussex Road, closer end to Ponsonby Road. So best area ever really. Near social stuff, town, busses, workplaces for many, etc etc.

Flatmates are lovely Northern Irishmen (and woman). Erin, late 30s, in finance and Arthur, Late 20s, Engineer. Generally we keep to our own thing but not opposed to having a beer or whatever in the evenings and are pretty easy going.

Looking for anyone like minded. You don't even have to be Irish. People with cats probably also welcome, no current pets and we are allowed.

Viewing dates - Obviously Around Christmas its weird. Basically - we're doing a viewings until this Friday 20th - then Arthur goes overseas for Christmas and we'll make some new plan i guess. so yeah if you can see the flat by the before the 20th of Dec that would be ideal. otherwise we will pick it up after Christmas for move in ASAP in the new year.

Move in Date - we're flexible with the move in date, but a bit of haste wouldn't go amiss either.

Bond - 2 Weeks rent and a week in advance.

Bills - Split when they come in, unlimited fiber broadband, gas water & stove, and power, all monthly, total additional costs range from ~ 18 per week in the summer to ~ 25 in the winter.
