My partner and I are moving out of the country so our double bedroom will be coming available at the end of August. It's technically in Remuera but is a five minute walk to Newmarket train station and ten mins to the buses.
The room has a fireplace while the house has central heating so you're never cold! Great outdoor balcony for summer and plenty of off street parking. All the furniture in the room is also for sale for $500 and includes a desk, office chair, wardrobe, bed, mattress, bedside table and two small bookcases.
Rent is $267 for a couple (singles accepted but preferred couple due to room size and rent). Bills are $30 a week each so total for the week is $327.
The bond is $1000 and rent & bills are to be paid in advance so total move in costs $1327.
