It's a single room, located in Hobson Street, near everything in the City. It has a nice view over the sunset and it was a nice breeze fo. There is another 2 flatmates in place, both fully-workers in their ealy 30 and mid 20.
The flat its fully furnished (dryer, washing machine e etc), just bring your linen bed. It was used to be an airbnb but we could get it, so the flat its all new.
The bills here are splitted equally, and roughly
We are looking for a long-term guy/girl.
Rent: 180 p/week (no bills)
Bond: 2 weeks
Moving cost: 2 weeks of bond + 1 week in advance ( $ 540 nzd).
