We are friends and love the occasional bbq/beer/wine together but not a party flat. Although there will be occasions when 1 wine will turn into many more, especially if Kate is involved! Kelly and Marcos love the outdoors and plan weekend trips away a lot.
The bedroom on offer is really big, with lots of sunlight and a massive mirrored wardrobe! You can also see the city from the window! It's situated on the top floor, sharing the level and bathroom with Kelly. So it's probably best that you two get along. lol
Kate and Marcos live in the en-suite room downstairs.
We all share the kitchen, living room and huge deck, which is on the middle floor. House comes fully furnished except for your bedroom, and is very homely.
We are in a secure, gated community called Summerfield Villas, right on Richmond Rd. The complex also has a large outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. Parking is on street and always available.
Room is available on july 25th. 4 weeks Bond etc.
