Rent is $400/week + utilities. The room is super spacious with large windows and comes fully furnished, including bed, furniture, TV and all appliances. The apartment has a large kitchen, lounge and massive balcony (with ocean views) for you to enjoy!
I'm a working professional in my mid 20s with a busy job but always down for a yarn or a cheeky bevy after work so looking for someone chill and independent. This is not a party flat. LBGTQ+ friendly!
Countdown supermarket and LesMills are just downstairs, 3 mins to Britomart and the Waterfront, 5 mins to Queen Street and Commercial Bay, 10 mins to Universities. Shopping centre, restaurants and bars all nearby.
First move in cost: 4 weeks rent as bond, one week rent in advance.
Available from 31 June. Minimum stay is 6 months. 12 months is preferred.
