Looking for a new flatmate to fill a double room in the heart of One Tree Hill. Big, modern, fully furnished house with all mod cons (HRV, Heat pumps up and downstairs, Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, up and downstairs lounge with spacious deck area upstairs and downstairs.
Double room 3.5m x 3.4m with attached lounge and bathroom shared with 1 other. Opens out on to large outdoor BBQ area.
Some of the photos are a bit old, hence the children's furniture; child swing has been removed!
Current flatmates are 1 male and 3 females, all professionals. We lead pretty busy lives and can go weeks without seeing each other at all, but we do like to catch up when we do happen to meet. Ideal flatmate would be a mid-twenties to late thirties professional, tidy and easy going. Couples ok.
Rent is $290/week plus expenses (bills shared as they come in, approx $15-25 per week).
Couples welcome, $350/week. Move in costs are 3 weeks’ rent as bond, plus two week in advance. (5 weeks in advance total. Flexible with references)
