Our large home is north-facing and gets all day sun. It is quite modern and has insulation throughout, a large lounge and open-plan kitchen/dining, with an outdoor deck for entertaining. The room is quite large and would easily accommodate a king bed, drawers, and desk/TV. For reference, the bed in the photos is a king bed so please don't be deceived by the size. This would be ideal for a couple looking for more space.
We are two flatmates, professional, and respectful. We enjoy our quiet space but we also enjoy socializing with each other when in the common areas. During the week, we are a generally relaxed house but are sociable on the weekend with our various interests. Don't be surprised if we have a movie night!
We are looking for a single person or couple who are interested in living in a home, not a flat. Who are friendly, sociable, but also respectful, and don't mind the odd wine here or there. We want to enjoy our life and come together from time to time. 2 mins drive to the motorway or 10 minute walk to Ellerslie train station.
