I am looking for someone to take over my room at our flat in Remuera, it will be to co-sign on the lease with another current flatmate.. Rent is $200 p/w including all expenses and flat cleaning supplies so no extra costs needed. Lease is due to renew on October 10th and can either be signed again for a 6 month or 12 month lease depending what you want. current flatmates are planning on staying past the lease date so would like to keep the flat rolling on. The room is the master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, it has enough space for a queen bed plus lots more stuff as you can see in the photo. We have everything you need at the flat so you will just need bedroom furnishings. Close to bus/trains, supermarkets, parks and motorway access. Just off the main road so easy to get to cbd. Current flatmates are 32-36 years old and all working. All very friendly and like to catch up with each other but also live independent lives.
The house is four bedrooms and two bathrooms so you will only share a bathroom with one other person which is great.
Bond is $650 + weeks rent in advance. Room can be available any time, I will just need 3 days notice to move out.
