It’s very close to Aotea square on Queen street. I just moved in here. Apartment has all the white ware but I’m waiting for my furniture to arrive.
Your room is the masters en-suite. It’s massive wardrobe, comes with a queen size bed and has a nice bathroom attached.
Ideal for someone working or studying, pays rent on time, social, tidy and respectful. Existing flatmate is a young professional male, very easy going, social and tidy.
Rent is $290 a week for single and $340 for couple. It includes water. Wifi is $40 a month and power bill will be split at the end of each month. Sorry but no pets allowed in the building and no car park availability.
