Expenses not included in rent price of $190/wk. Expenses =$30 per week and covers Power, Water, Hot Water, Unlimited Fibre Internet (200/100 plan, very fast), & all basic supplies such as toilet rolls, cleaning products, laundry products, salt, pepper, cooking oil.
Room comes furnished with queen bed & mattress, built-in wardrobe, floor rug.
House is located in Auckland CBD, Newton area (near Eden terrace, but closer to town). 5 mins walk to corner of Queen Street & Karangahape Road.
Move in Costs:
Bond = 3 weeks rent ie. 3 x $190 =$570.
Rent = paid in advance every Friday, and covers from the Friday you pay until the following Thursday.
Example: if you moved in on a Monday, cost would be
$570 (for bond) +
$125 (for rent & expenses in advance to cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
= $695 total move in cost. Normal rent would then be due again on Friday (to cover from that Friday until next Thursday), and so on.
The room size is approx 2m x 3m
= 6 square meters
= 65 square feet
Room is well insulated and easy to keep warm.
Currently 5 flatmates (2 girls, 2 guy & 1 couple). Some work days, others work nights, all friendly and get along very well. Aged mostly mid-twenties.
1 off-street carpark available by negotiation, on-street parking available (free outside of business hours)
