It’s a 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms house with a lot of off-street parking and two available car port spaces.
Up for grabs is an upstairs room with massive windows which gets heaps of sunlight and an amazing view of Mount Wellington. The room has a king single bed that can be bought. Bathroom opposite to the room shared with one other. Wardrobe included in the room. Home includes gas stove, washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher.

Furnishings: Room has a king single bed, and drawers. Rest of house furnished.
Additional costs: all costs included for Utilities (water, electricity, internet, Netflix) in rent. Pay for own food.
Current flatmates: 4 existing flatmates (3 guys and 1 girl). Full time workers, mid to late twenties. Quiet bunch plus one cat.
