Inconsideration of mine and other flatmates security, assets, and peace, we ask not to bring visitors in our home facilities are for flatmates only as there will be a maximum of 5 flatmates. Partners allowed in non communal areas. Adding more comfort for flatmates to sleep, cook, and enjoy their home.

- 16 Female (Student my daughter) in July in Studio 2nd floor
House is located on Saran Place Hillsborough 15 minute drive to CBD.
Beds, draws, desks are available in each room or bring your own.
2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advanced required.
