Rent cost is NZ$250 per week,this a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the building with two bathrooms, fully furnished with a great view of the city. The location is very convenient for those that work in the city or those students who want to live near to universities or English schools or just for those city lovers. The apartment is also near restaurants, cafe, bars, stores, countdown, gym, and cinemas. You will have your own double bedroom that comes with a queen bed, side table, own bathroom. The apartment mostly has everything so all you need is your suitcase. We are a married couple, both working full time. We are looking for someone clean, tidy and organized who pays rent on time.
