This is ideal for a single person or student who wants to live close to the city. I am looking for someone who can take over the lease from me; as I am moving out and the lease ends on 16th of December. After that a new term lease can be arranged with you and the landlord.
The room can be available from next week. I'm looking for someone who is interested to move in asap and meet with the landlord. He returns to Auckland this weekend.
