3 bedroom house one bathroom, large front and backyards with plenty of off street parking, as well as bus stop right outside, & walking distance to Ellerslie train station. Close to both motorways & located between one tree hill & Ellerslie. Fully insulated with heatpump & alarm.
Double room with large wardrobe that can easily fit draws or storage as well as clothing, with extra storage above. Relatively private as it’s at the back half of the property. Easily fits a Queen bed & side tables etc. any other questions about the room let me know!
190 each for a couple & 230-240 for a single, includes everything; unlimited internet, power, water, sky tv & Apple TV ( Netflix) rented washer & dryer and cleaning stuff.
Bond 415 for couple or single.
We also will have a spare room coming available which is small so we can all use for guests/ a study whatever works!
House is fully furnished but room is not, however any extra furnishings would make a lovely edition.
